Orders placed by customers at the Prestashop Marketplace gets listed in the admin dashboard. The number of orders along with the order details can easily be monitored by the Prestashop owner from the admin dashboard. Both the seller and admin orders get listed in the separate tab of the admin panel of Prestashop Multi-Seller Marketplace. The seller can easily keep an eye on their orders from the seller dashboard.
Orders are monitored and their status is updated by the admin from the admin panel of the Prestashop Multi-Vendor Marketplace. In PrestaShop Multi-Seller Marketplace plugin the store admin has the access to allow sellers to manage their orders from the seller dashboard. If the order handling feature is enabled by the Prestashop store owner, the multi-seller marketplace sellers can easily track and update their orders from the Seller panel.
The order status changed by the sellers from the seller dashboards gets automatically reflected in the admin panel. For every order placed, the seller is notified via an email notification. Multiple email templates are available in the backend of the Prestashop Marketplace panel. Store admin can customize the template as per his convenience.
